We run a successful, faceless YouTube channel in the educational/explainer niche. We provide the scripts; you bring them to life. We are looking for a skilled AI Video Creator to produce engaging, 10+ minute videos using the latest AI video tools. Your work will be the entire visual product for our channel, turning complex topics into captivating stories.

Core Production Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the end-to-end video creation process from a provided script.

• Use AI video generation tools (like RunwayML, Pika, or similar) to create the primary visual narrative, scenes, and B-roll for full-length YouTube videos.
• Edit and assemble AI-generated footage, stock assets, screen recordings, and motion graphics into polished, 10+ minute final videos.
• Incorporate voiceovers (which we will provide), sound design, background music, and on-screen text to enhance clarity and engagement.
• Ensure a consistent visual style and pacing that matches our channel's brand and keeps viewers watching.
• Optimize videos for YouTube, including creating custom thumbnails (or providing assets for them), adding end screens, and using relevant tags.
• Manage versioning and deliver final video files in the required formats and specifications.

Required Skills & Portfolio

We are looking for a producer who is fluent in modern AI video creation workflows.

• A strong portfolio showcasing long-form videos (5+ minutes) created primarily with AI video tools. This is non-negotiable.
• Proven expertise with AI video platforms such as RunwayML, Pika, or Stable Video Diffusion.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve for final assembly and polish.
• Understanding of YouTube's best practices for audience retention, storytelling, and visual clarity in long-form content.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to follow creative direction, and manage multiple video projects in a pipeline.
• Experience with creating faceless or stock-footage-based narratives is a major plus.
