Job Description
We need someone who can turn topics into scroll-stopping short videos using AI tools like Sora and Veo. You'll create YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels that grab attention in the first second and keep people watching.
What You'll Create
Take topics we provide and turn them into vertical videos optimized for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok. Generate footage using Sora and Veo based on prompts you craft. Edit and refine AI-generated clips for pacing, hooks, and retention. Add captions, on-screen text, and quick cuts that work on mobile. Test different hooks and formats to find what performs. Deliver a consistent number of videos weekly based on agreed targets.
What You Need
Proven experience creating short-form vertical content with examples or portfolio. Strong working knowledge of Sora and Veo for AI video generation. Understanding of what makes people stop scrolling and keep watching. Ability to craft effective prompts and iterate on AI outputs quickly. Basic video editing skills for trimming, timing, captions, and transitions. Familiarity with platform-specific formats and trends on YouTube Shorts and Reels. Self-directed and organized with ability to meet deadlines consistently.
