AI training data annotator (chatbots)

We train AI chatbots. This role is focused on data annotation: you will read, label, and categorize text to improve AI responses. Quality and consistency are the only metrics.

Tasks: - Label the intent and sentiment in user-chatbot dialogue examples. - Categorize text based on strict, detailed project guidelines. - Use our web-based annotation platform to tag thousands of data points. - Maintain a consistent pace to meet daily annotation targets. - Flag unclear examples or guideline conflicts for review.

Requirements: - Previous experience in data labeling, annotation, or content moderation is required. - Must be able to focus on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks for full-time hours. - Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. - Ability to follow complex written instructions precisely is non-negotiable.
