About the Role

We are a B2B software company that builds and sells software solutions to other businesses. We are looking for an experienced AI software developer who can build custom applications, tools, and software solutions based on business requirements.

You should have hands-on experience building and deploying real applications using Claude and other AI-powered development tools. We are not looking for someone who has simply experimented with AI coding a few times. We need someone who knows how to turn an idea or business requirement into working, reliable software.

Responsibilities

• Build custom software applications and tools based on business needs and client requirements.
• Use Claude and other AI-powered development tools to develop, test, debug, and improve applications efficiently.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Build complete applications, including frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and integrations as required.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.
• Evaluate new AI tools and development workflows to improve development speed and software quality.
• Deliver functional, maintainable, and reliable software that solves real business problems.

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience building real applications using Claude and other AI development tools.
• A portfolio of applications you have personally built is required. Applications should demonstrate your actual development experience, not just tutorials or simple experiments.
• Strong ability to turn vague ideas and business requirements into working software.
• Experience with full-stack development, databases, APIs, integrations, and deployment.
• Ability to debug complex issues, identify limitations in AI-generated code, and implement effective solutions.
• Comfortable working across different types of projects rather than being limited to one specific application or tool.
• Self-sufficient, resourceful, and able to work independently from requirements through delivery.
