We are seeking an experienced research assistant who actively uses AI tools to enhance analytical depth and efficiency. You will work directly with senior analysts to gather, process, and synthesize complex information into clear insights.
In this role, you will be expected to conduct in-depth research on specific companies and market sectors using databases, financial reports, and AI-enhanced search tools. You will use applications like ChatGPT and Perplexity to quickly summarize documents, extract relevant data, and generate preliminary analysis drafts. A key part of the work involves preparing and cleaning datasets in spreadsheets, creating basic visualizations, and compiling findings into structured formats for review. You will also monitor industry news for developments that impact active projects. All AI-assisted output must be rigorously fact-checked and validated against primary sources to ensure the accuracy and reliability that our clients depend on.
The ideal candidate has over two years of professional experience in business intelligence, market research, or a similar analytical field. You must have a documented track record of using AI tools to perform professional research tasks. Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis is required. You need outstanding synthesis and writing skills to condense complex information into precise summaries. Success in this role depends on a detail-oriented, skeptical mindset for verifying information and the self-discipline to manage multiple research streams independently while working remotely.
