AI Operations Manager

Role Purpose
Systematic management of AI tool implementations across business functions to enhance productivity and output quality.

Core Function
You will design, implement, and optimize AI workflows using platforms like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and related tools. This involves creating structured prompt systems, establishing quality control protocols, and training team members on effective AI utilization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain library of effective prompts for various business needs
• Implement quality assurance checks for AI-generated content and outputs
• Create documentation and training materials for AI tool best practices
• Monitor AI tool performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Establish workflows for different departments (marketing, operations, content)

Technical Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with multiple AI platforms (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.)
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles and techniques
• Ability to create systematic approaches to AI tool implementation
• Experience measuring and optimizing AI output quality
• Knowledge of AI tool limitations and appropriate use cases
