AI Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced AI Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve internal systems, and help scale a fast-growing digital business.

This is a hands-on operational role for someone who is highly organized, works independently, and actively uses AI tools to improve productivity and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflows across multiple teams
• Coordinate projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Improve operational processes and internal documentation
• Monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare reports, summaries, and operational insights
• Support cross-functional teams and leadership
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• Use AI tools to automate tasks, improve reporting, and increase efficiency

AI Skills

Daily use of AI is required. Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI automation platforms, or similar solutions is expected.
