Job Description
We are a digital product studio that builds solutions for clients using the latest AI technologies. Internally, we also leverage a wide range of AI tools to boost our productivity. We are looking for an AI Ops Specialist to manage, optimize, and integrate our AI tool stack into reliable, scalable workflows for our teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that connect various AI APIs (like OpenAI and Anthropic) with our internal tools such as CRMs, project management software, and data sources. You will develop custom AI agents and scripts using frameworks like LangChain to handle specific, repetitive tasks. You will manage our subscriptions and usage across multiple AI platforms to control costs and ensure uptime. A key part of your role will be to document processes and train team members on how to use these AI-powered workflows effectively. You will also stay abreast of new AI tools and techniques, evaluating and recommending integrations that can improve our efficiency.
This role requires hands-on experience with relevant tools. You must have proven experience with prompt engineering and building workflows with major AI APIs. Practical knowledge of automation platforms like Zapier or Make is essential. Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex is a strong plus. You should have a technical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain complex systems to non-technical colleagues. A portfolio or examples of previous AI automation projects is highly desirable.
