Job Description
We are an early-stage B2B SaaS startup targeting a specific niche industry. Our sales team needs a consistent pipeline of high-quality, relevant leads. Manually finding and researching companies is slow and inefficient. We need an automation specialist to build and manage a system that proactively identifies and qualifies our ideal customers.
Your core objective is to build a "lead machine". You will design and implement automated research workflows that scour publicly available data—company websites, news articles, job postings, and tech stacks—to find businesses that match our ideal customer profile. The system should should collect leads with emails of B2B according to requirments we will provide.
We need a builder, not just an operator. You should have proven experience creating automated data gathering or lead generation systems. Proficiency with automation platforms (Make, Zapier) and web scraping tools (like Apify or custom scripts) is essential. A solid understanding of APIs for data enrichment (Clearbit, Apollo) and the ability to think critically about what makes a lead "sales-ready" are crucial for success. This role is for someone who is technically adept, analytically minded, and obsessed with efficiency.
