AI Engineer (Remote)

Build AI features that ship fast and matter

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to help us continuously evolve our SaaS platform with meaningful, production-ready AI features. This isn’t a “research-only” role—you’ll be designing, building, and shipping AI capabilities that real users rely on every day.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement AI-powered features across our SaaS platform
• Integrate LLMs, embeddings, and other AI services into production systems
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new ideas
• Work closely with product and engineering to identify high-impact AI opportunities
• Optimize performance, cost, and reliability of AI systems
• Build internal tools and pipelines to support ongoing AI feature development
• Stay current with the latest AI advancements and apply them pragmatically

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Python (or similar backend languages)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
• Experience building and deploying scalable APIs and services
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices
• Ability to move fast, test ideas, and iterate independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and product thinking

Nice to have:

• Experience with fine-tuning or training models
• Knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Background in SaaS or startup environments
