Job Description

Producing content at scale used to mean hiring a whole team. Now it means building the right system and running it well — and that's the role. We're hiring an AI Content Systems Specialist to own our AI-assisted content pipelines across video, blog, and social, turning a handful of inputs into a steady, high-volume output without the quality falling apart.

The work is equal parts operator and builder. On the building side, you'll set up and refine repeatable pipelines that take raw material — a long video, a transcript, a topic — and run it through tools like Claude, Descript, and HeyGen to produce finished blog posts, short-form clips, social content, and AI-presenter videos. On the operating side, you'll run those pipelines day to day: generating, editing, and publishing content on a consistent schedule, keeping everything on-brand, and catching the errors, hallucinations, and off-tone moments that AI inevitably produces before they go out the door.

Making the system better is the ongoing thread. You'll refine prompts and templates so the output needs less cleanup over time, connect steps with automation where it saves real effort, keep source files and finished assets organized, and track what's actually performing so the pipeline evolves toward what works.

We're looking for someone who has genuinely done this — run AI content production at volume, not just used ChatGPT a few times. You should be fluent with Claude or similar LLMs for content, comfortable in Descript for video and audio editing, and experienced with AI video tools like HeyGen (or Synthesia, Arcads, Captions). Strong prompt skills, a real editorial eye for quality and brand voice, and the judgment to know when AI output isn't good enough are all essential. Solid written English, organization, and the ability to run the whole system independently round it out. If you've connected these tools with automation platforms like Make or n8n, or built content pipelines end-to-end before, that's a strong plus.

The role is full-time with overlap during US business hours.

To apply, show us the content systems you've run — what you produced, at what volume, and with which tools — and share examples of AI-assisted content (video, blog, or social) you personally created and published.
