AI Automation Workflow Architect

We need to replace the manual bottleneck between sales and operations. The current process requires manual data entry across Typeform, HubSpot, and Slack. This role must build a zero-touch pipeline that qualifies leads, executes CRM updates, and triggers client onboarding upon payment.

The Workflow Requirements:

• Data Enrichment & Scoring: Connect Typeform to Clay or Apollo. Scrape LinkedIn for headcount, revenue, and industry.
• AI Decision Logic: Feed enriched data to Gemini/GPT-4o. Program the logic to auto-reject leads below specified revenue thresholds and auto-book "Qualified" leads via Calendly.
• Onboarding Execution: Upon Stripe payment, the system must instantly create a Slack channel, generate a Google Drive folder structure, and send a DocuSign contract without human intervention.
• Error Handling: Build "Dead Letter" paths. If an API call fails, the data must be cached in a Data Store and an alert sent to Slack with the specific error payload.
