Job Description
Most SaaS teams waste hours every week on tasks that should already be automated. We're fixing that, and we need someone to own it.
You'll be responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies across the business, designing and building automated workflows, integrating AI tools into our existing stack, and maintaining everything you ship. This isn't a one-and-done setup role — you'll continuously monitor, test, and improve what you build while staying current with how the AI tooling landscape is evolving. As we grow, the systems you create become the backbone of how the company operates.
On the technical side, you should be comfortable building workflows in Make, Zapier, or n8n, connecting tools via APIs without hand-holding, and have real experience working with AI agents or AI-powered automations in a business context. You'll work across departments — ops, marketing, sales, and customer support — so the ability to understand different workflows and translate them into clean, reliable automation logic is essential.
