Job Description

We're seeking an innovative AI Marketing & Sales Automation Specialist to revolutionize our marketing and sales processes through intelligent automation. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions that enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion rates while freeing our teams to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development & Implementation

  • Design and deploy AI-powered workflows for lead qualification, scoring, and nurturing
  • Build and optimize automated email campaigns with personalized content generation
  • Implement chatbots and conversational AI for customer engagement across multiple channels
  • Create automated social media monitoring, response, and content scheduling systems
  • Develop predictive models for lead scoring and customer behavior forecasting

CRM & Data Management

  • Automate CRM data enrichment, cleansing, and maintenance processes
  • Build intelligent systems for contact segmentation and targeting
  • Implement automated pipelines for data integration across marketing platforms
  • Create dashboards and reporting automation for marketing and sales metrics
  • Ensure data quality and compliance with privacy regulations

Content & Campaign Optimization

  • Leverage AI tools for content generation, optimization, and A/B testing
  • Automate ad campaign management and performance optimization
  • Build systems for dynamic content personalization based on user behavior
  • Implement SEO automation tools for keyword research and content recommendations
  • Create automated competitive intelligence gathering and analysis

Process Improvement & Strategy

  • Identify opportunities for automation across marketing and sales workflows
  • Evaluate and implement new AI tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand pain points and requirements
  • Document automation processes and train team members on new systems
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize automated workflows

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or similar)
  • Experience with AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google AI, etc.)
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of SQL and data manipulation
  • Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for automation scripting (preferred)

Marketing & Sales Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of marketing and sales funnels and customer journeys
  • Experience with email marketing, lead generation, and nurturing strategies
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices
  • Understanding of key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
