AI Automation Engineer

If you've already built production automations with n8n or Make — not just tutorials, but actual workflows that replaced manual work for a real business — this role is probably a fit.

We're a growing SaaS company and our internal operations are full of manual, repetitive processes that shouldn't exist. You'll own the automation layer: designing, building, and maintaining workflows that connect our tools, trigger actions from AI models, and keep data flowing without human intervention.

• Build and maintain automations in n8n, Make, and Zapier across sales, ops, and support workflows
• Integrate AI models via OpenAI API and Claude/Anthropic API into practical business processes
• Develop lightweight AI agents that handle routing, classification, and response generation
• Document all automations clearly so the team can maintain them
• Proactively identify manual workflows that can be eliminated

You'll work US business hours and communicate directly with the ops and product teams. Experience with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks is a plus, but not required.
