Job Description

Most affiliate programs are a graveyard. Affiliates sign up, get a link, post once, and disappear. Nobody follows up. Nobody sends updated creatives. Nobody notices when a top affiliate stops converting. The program just sits there looking busy while driving almost nothing.

We're building ours to actually work — and we need someone to run it.

What you'll own:

  1. Recruiting affiliates and partners that fit our ICP — not just anyone willing to take a link
  2. Onboarding new affiliates with proper materials, tracking setup, and a clear activation path
  3. Managing ongoing relationships — sending updates, new creatives, and performance breakdowns
  4. Identifying top performers and building tiered incentives to keep them active
  5. Tracking program performance and reporting on what's working versus what needs to change

Our partner base spans the US and EU, so you need to be reachable across both regions — response time matters when a partner has a launch coming up.

What we need:

  • Prior experience running or supporting an affiliate or referral program
  • Familiar with affiliate platforms — Impact, ShareASale, or similar
  • Strong written English — every partner interaction represents the brand
  • Organized enough to manage 50+ active relationships without anything falling through
