Job Description

Be the Welcoming Voice for a Premier Aesthetic Group

We are a collective of high-end aesthetic clinics based in Baltimore, dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through advanced, non-surgical treatments. Our reputation is built on trust, exceptional care, and a seamless client journey. We are looking for a remote Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact, turning inquiries into scheduled consultations with our expert practitioners.

Your Role in Our Client Journey

You will manage the crucial front-end of our sales pipeline, providing information and building rapport with potential clients.

  • Handle inbound calls and leads from marketing campaigns, responding with professionalism, warmth, and knowledge.
  • Clearly explain our range of aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, laser therapies, skin rejuvenation) in an informative and consultative manner.
  • Answer questions, address common concerns, and build trust to guide interested leads towards booking a consultation.
  • Efficiently manage the clinic's appointment calendar, scheduling consultations that align with both client and practitioner availability.
  • Collect and accurately input patient information and notes into our client management system to ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Follow up with leads via email or phone as per our established nurturing process to maximize conversion.

Your Profile & Skills

We are looking for a compassionate and articulate communicator who excels in a service-oriented role.

  • Proven experience in a phone-based customer support, sales, or appointment setting. Experience in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics is a strong advantage.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and reassuring phone presence.
  • Ability to learn and communicate details about medical-aesthetic procedures accurately and with sensitivity.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail when managing schedules and client data.
  • A natural empathy and patience to make potential clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable.
  • Self-motivated to work independently in a remote setting while being an integral part of our clinic team.
