  • Managing payables and receivables, including tracking payments and chasing overdue ones.
  • Assigning expenses to the right property, unit, or project.
  • Preparing expense reports and reconciling accounts.
  • Helping close the books each month and year.
  • Keeping financial records tidy, accurate, and current.
  • Pitching in on financial reports and analysis when needed.

What we're looking for

  • 1 to 2 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or AP/AR. Construction, property management, or real estate experience is a strong advantage.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks and strong Excel skills. Familiarity with property management software like AppFolio, Buildium, or Yardi is a bonus.
  • Accuracy and close attention to detail when working with numbers.

  • Comfort working independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Clear written and spoken English.
  • Reliable internet and a quiet place to work.

What you'll get

  • A stable, long-term role with room to grow.
  • Training and professional development.
  • A supportive team that values work-life balance.
  • Paid time off.
