Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing services for a portfolio of ecommerce brands.

This role combines client success, strategic account management, performance oversight, and business growth. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives while coordinating closely with internal specialists responsible for execution.

The ideal candidate understands ecommerce, digital advertising, and client management, and is comfortable discussing marketing performance, growth opportunities, and business strategy with stakeholders.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll own the day-to-day client relationship and ensure accounts remain healthy, profitable, and positioned for long-term success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and strengthening relationships with ecommerce clients
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for account communication
  • Coordinating with internal teams responsible for paid advertising and campaign execution
  • Leading onboarding, strategy discussions, and performance reviews
  • Presenting campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients
  • Monitoring account health, client satisfaction, and retention
  • Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Handling client concerns and coordinating solutions when issues arise
  • Supporting new business conversations and marketing performance presentations when needed

Success in this role is measured by strong client relationships, high retention rates, account growth, and consistent delivery of value.

You'll be expected to build trust with clients, ensure projects move forward efficiently, and help clients achieve measurable business outcomes through effective digital marketing strategies.

The ability to proactively identify risks, communicate clearly, and maintain a high standard of service is critical.

Required Experience

We're looking for someone with previous experience managing client relationships within a digital marketing, ecommerce, advertising, or agency environment.

You should have a strong understanding of:

  • Ecommerce business models
  • Paid advertising platforms
  • Digital marketing strategy
  • Client reporting and performance analysis
  • Account growth and retention
  • Stakeholder communication and presentation delivery

Experience discussing performance metrics, return on ad spend, customer acquisition, and growth strategies with clients is highly valuable.
