Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager or Customer Success professional to support a portfolio of university and institutional clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, guiding customers through onboarding and adoption, and serving as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with stakeholders, help clients maximize value from a B2B software platform, and collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Based in the Philippines, this position involves working with colleagues and clients across multiple time zones and requires flexibility in supporting regional and international stakeholders.
As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you'll be responsible for helping new customers get started successfully, maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and ensuring clients remain engaged and satisfied over time. You'll regularly review account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and help address challenges before they impact customer success.
The ideal candidate has significant experience in account management, customer success, or another client-facing role within a software or technology company. You should be comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, managing multiple accounts simultaneously, and navigating both strategic discussions and day-to-day customer support needs.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential, along with excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be comfortable working with CRM systems, customer success platforms, productivity tools, and data-driven reporting.
Experience in a growing software company environment, supporting customers across APAC markets, or working in project management and operations-related functions would be highly beneficial.
