Walmart Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Walmart Virtual Assistant to join our team. If you have hands-on experience managing Walmart seller accounts and are familiar with the day-to-day operations of an eCommerce store, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Source fast-moving and profitable products
• Create and optimize Walmart product listings
• Monitor inventory and product performance
• Process cancellations, refunds, and customer inquiries
• Manage orders and ensure smooth account operations
• Follow Walmart marketplace policies and best practices
• Perform other Walmart VA tasks as needed

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Walmart Virtual Assistant
• Proven experience sourcing winning or fast-selling products
• Strong knowledge of Walmart Seller Center
• Experience with product listing optimization
• Experienced in handling cancellations, returns, and refunds
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good English communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
