Virtual Assistant - Short-Term Rental Management

We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to manage our short-term rental properties across Airbnb, Vrbo, and ——. This role requires experience handling guest communications, coordinating turnovers, and keeping multiple properties running smoothly without constant oversight.

You'll handle all guest interactions from inquiry to checkout. This means responding to booking questions, sending check-in instructions, answering questions during stays, and resolving issues as they arise. You'll coordinate with cleaning crews and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready for each new guest, manage calendars to prevent double bookings, and optimize listings with updated descriptions and pricing.

We need someone with hands-on experience managing Airbnb or Vrbo properties who knows the platforms well. You should be available for quick responses, write clear and friendly English, and stay organized across multiple properties. The ability to handle unexpected guest situations calmly and professionally is essential. Experience with property management software is valuable but not required.
