Video Growth Lead for YT Channel

We are launching a brand-new educational YouTube channel, and we aren't doing it the "old way." We’re looking for a Video Growth Lead who lives at the intersection of high-end storytelling and cutting-edge AI.

The Mission: Take complex topics and turn them into "can't-stop-watching" videos. You’ll be the architect of the channel—from the first frame to the final click.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• AI Video Alchemy: Using tools (Runway, Sora, Leonardo, etc.) to generate stunning visuals that would normally cost $10k to film.
• The Edit: Fast-paced, high-retention storytelling using stock footage and AI-enhanced b-roll.
• Thumbnail Psychology: Designing "click-magnet" thumbnails that stand out in a crowded feed.
• Growth Hacking: You know how to play the 2026 algorithm—optimizing for "Search Generative Experience" and high-retention ranking.

Who you are:

• You’re a "Generalist Creator." You can script, edit, and optimize.
• You don't just use AI; you know how to prompt it to look human and premium.
• You’re obsessed with YouTube stats (AVD, CTR, and RPM are your love languages).
