I need someone who can:

  • Edit high-performing short-form videos for TikTok (and potentially Reels/Shorts)
  • Create strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
  • Optimize pacing for retention and watch time
  • Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, and formats
  • Add dynamic captions and engaging on-screen text
  • Use sound design to enhance engagement
  • Do clean, professional color grading when needed
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
  • Understand basic TikTok SEO (captions, keywords, structure)
