Job Description
Not everyone is a fit for this role.
If you regularly catch yourself saving TikToks for inspiration, noticing trends before your friends do, or thinking, "this format would work for a product," keep reading.
We're looking for someone to become the creative engine behind a growing content operation targeting audiences in the US, UK, and Australia.
Your mission isn't simply to edit videos.
Your mission is to ensure fresh content ideas never run out.
One day you might be deep-diving into TikTok trends and collecting viral concepts.
The next day you could be drafting simple video outlines, organizing product samples, finding creators to participate in content, or polishing videos before publication.
Success won't be measured by hours worked.
Success will be measured by whether content keeps flowing, ideas stay fresh, and production targets get hit.
You'll enjoy this role if you:
Love social media.
Enjoy spotting patterns in viral content.
Like turning rough ideas into finished projects.
Prefer variety over repetitive tasks.
Can manage multiple moving pieces without losing track of details.
You do not need a large social following.
You do not need influencer experience.
You do not need professional production equipment.
You do need curiosity, initiative, and the ability to stay organized while managing creative projects.
The tools you'll likely use include video editors, AI assistants, spreadsheets, content calendars, and social media platforms.
Previous experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, CapCut, Canva, creator coordination, or content production is helpful but not mandatory.
What this opportunity offers:
A flexible remote setup.
Real experience working on international consumer products.
A chance to build valuable content marketing skills.
Long-term growth opportunities as the business expands.
Potential performance bonuses and future compensation increases.
