This position is responsible for helping customers navigate account issues, payment concerns, and platform-related questions while ensuring every interaction is professional, clear, and solution-focused.

The right person enjoys troubleshooting, stays calm under pressure, communicates confidently, and takes ownership of issues until they're fully resolved.

• Resolve customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone
