We're a fast-growing DTC fitness equipment brand looking for a creative designer who knows how to make content that converts.
What You'll Do:
- Design high-converting graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (both organic posts and paid ads)
- Edit short-form videos from raw footage for each platform's format and audience
- Transform product shots and lifestyle content into scroll-stopping visuals
- Pitch fresh creative concepts that drive engagement and sales
- A/B test ad creatives to optimize performance
What We Need:
- Proven experience creating social content that drives conversions (show us your winners)
- Strong portfolio of graphics and video edits for IG/FB/TikTok
- Understanding of what performs on each platform (trends, formats, best practices)
- Video editing skills - you can take raw material and make it shine
- Self-starter who brings ideas to the table, not just executes
- Bonus: Experience with fitness/wellness or DTC brands
Tools: Comfortable with design software (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing (Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
This is for someone who gets the difference between pretty content and content that sells.
