Social Media & Digital Content Manager

We are a growing remote team managing a portfolio of brands across the UK’s healthcare and property sectors. We’re looking for a proactive Social Media & Digital Content Manager to take the reins of our online presence. This isn't just about "posting"—it’s about driving engagement, maintaining brand authority, and growing with us long-term.

The Role

You will be the heartbeat of our digital channels, coordinating between our Founder, Design Lead, and SEO writers to ensure our brands stay visible and professional. You’ll oversee everything from Instagram Reels to SEO-optimized blog posts and email newsletters.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Social Ecosystem Management: Plan, schedule, and execute content across IG, FB, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Community Engagement: Be the voice of the brand—responding to DMs, comments, and tags to build genuine community trust.
• Omnichannel Publishing: Upload SEO-friendly blogs to WordPress and maintain active, high-ranking Google Business Profiles.
• Email Marketing: Draft and deploy weekly/monthly newsletters (Mailchimp/Brevo) that convert readers into leads.
• Content Design: Use Canva Pro to create on-brand assets, while collaborating with our Graphic Designer for high-level creative projects.
• Analytics & Growth: Don’t just report numbers—suggest pivots based on what the data tells us.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 2+ years in Digital Marketing or as a high-level Social Media VA.
• Tech-Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in Canva, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, and ClickUp.
• Detail-Obsessed: Fluent English with impeccable grammar. You catch the typos others miss.
• Strategic: You understand how to repurpose a single blog post into five different social assets.
• Reliable: You thrive in a remote environment and never miss a deadline.
