Job Description
I own a busy salon and I am looking for someone to take full ownership of our paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Our goal is to attract new clients, promote our services, and build a strong local presence. I need a specialist who knows how to create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns that actually deliver results.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
You will manage the entire advertising process from start to finish. This includes setting up campaigns, defining target audiences, creating ad copy and creative assets, allocating budgets, and monitoring performance daily. You will test different ad formats, audiences, and offers to find what works best. You will also track key metrics such as cost per lead, return on ad spend, and conversion rates. Based on the data, you will make continuous adjustments to improve performance and reduce wasted spend.
You will also provide regular reports that clearly show what is working, what is not, and what we should do next. I don't just need someone who pushes buttons; I need a strategic partner who understands how to grow a salon business through paid social.
What I Am Looking For:
You have proven experience running successful ad campaigns for local service businesses, ideally in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industries. You understand how to target local audiences, retarget website visitors, and convert interest into booked appointments. You are comfortable working with Meta Ads Manager, and you stay up to date with platform changes and new advertising features. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive. You do not wait for instructions; you identify opportunities and act on them.
Additional Details:
This is a remote, ongoing position. Hours are flexible but results are not. I am looking for someone who treats this business like their own and takes pride in driving real, measurable growth.
