Short-Term Rental Operations Specialist

We are a company that manages vacation rental properties. Our job is to make sure every guest has a perfect stay, from the moment they book to the moment they leave. To do that, we need someone to manage the details that make it all happen.

We are looking for an Operations Specialist. You will be the person who makes sure our properties are ready, our calendars are correct, and our guests have what they need. When a cleaner finishes their work, you will make sure it's done right. When a guest is about to arrive, you will make sure their entry code works and the home is set for them. You will watch our booking calendars and help adjust our plans to keep our homes busy.

You need to have done this kind of work before. You should have at least one year of experience in property management or with short-term rentals. You need to be very organized, good at communicating, and able to handle many tasks at once. You must be available to work a schedule based on US afternoons and evenings, which will include weekends.

This is a full-time, remote job. We will teach you our specific way of doing things. If you are good at keeping everything in order and want to do it for a growing company, we should talk.
