Shopify Store Manager

Overview

We're hiring a Shopify Store Manager to handle the day-to-day operational upkeep of our store — product data, inventory, apps, and site troubleshooting. This is not a marketing or ads role.

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product listings (descriptions, images, variants, pricing)
• Keep inventory synced accurately across the store and connected sales channels
• Manage installed apps, including updates and conflict resolution
• Identify and fix site issues (broken links, checkout errors, display bugs)
• Organize collections, tags, and navigation as the catalog grows
• Test new features, apps, or theme updates before pushing live
• Escalate complex technical issues to developers when needed

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store's daily operations
• Strong familiarity with Shopify admin, theme editor, and app ecosystem
• High attention to detail with product data accuracy
• Able to independently troubleshoot common site issues
• Organized enough to manage a large or growing catalog without errors

Nice to Have

• Basic HTML/CSS for minor theme adjustments
• Experience with inventory or multichannel sync tools
• Familiarity with Shopify Liquid
• Background managing high-SKU or high-turnover stores
