Job Description

This is not a beginner role.

We’re looking for someone who has already managed and operated a Shopify store and understands what it takes to keep an eCommerce business running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you have only done product uploads occasionally, this is not the right fit. We need someone who has owned store operations.

What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for the operational side of the store, including:

  • Product setup (variants, pricing, collections, tags)
  • Inventory management and stock monitoring
  • Order processing workflows
  • Managing and troubleshooting Shopify apps
  • Website updates and backend organization
  • Coordinating with marketing and support when needed
  • Identifying operational gaps and fixing them

Required Background

  • Direct experience managing a live Shopify store
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify backend and settings
  • Experience handling fulfillment processes
  • Familiarity with third-party app integrations
  • Understanding of basic eCommerce performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently without step-by-step guidance
