Job Description

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who understands that in B2B, quality beats quantity. You won't be managing a million SKU pages; instead, you will be optimizing a curated marketplace where every page must establish trust and capture high-value intent. Your goal is to own the "solution-seeking" search space for our industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Precision Technical SEO: Ensure our core category and service pages are technically flawless. Focus on site architecture that builds "thematic authority" rather than just managing crawl budget.
  • High-Touch Content SEO: Create a content moat. You will lead the strategy for deep-dive whitepapers, comparison hubs ("Platform A vs Platform B"), and industry-specific landing pages.
  • Conversion-Centric Optimization: SEO doesn't end at the click. You will collaborate with UX to ensure organic traffic converts into "Demo Requests" or "Supplier Inquiries."
  • Strategic Backlinking: Focus on "digital PR"—earning mentions from industry trade journals, B2B thought leaders, and high-authority SaaS partners.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B SEO (SaaS, Fintech, or Professional Services marketplaces).
  • The "B2B Brain": You understand long sales cycles and how to target "Decision Makers" (CTOs, Procurement Leads) vs. "End Users."
  • Analytical Depth: Expertise in GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs/Semrush.
