Job Description
We are a growing B2B services company seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to help optimize our Salesforce setup and ensure our sales, marketing, and customer success teams work efficiently. This role is critical to turning business needs into Salesforce solutions that improve workflows, reporting, and overall operational performance.
In this role, you will spend your time understanding how different teams interact with Salesforce, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and recommending improvements that streamline processes. You will document requirements, work with Salesforce administrators or developers to implement changes, and ensure that dashboards, reports, and workflows provide accurate, actionable insights to the business.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a business analyst or similar role, with direct experience in B2B services environments. You should be skilled at translating complex business problems into clear system requirements and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and client services.
Success in this role is measured by how effectively you can make Salesforce a tool that drives operational efficiency, supports revenue growth, and provides visibility into key business metrics. You will play a central part in improving how the company manages leads, opportunities, client onboarding, and ongoing customer relationships.
