Job Description
We are seeking a driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Growth & Sales Manager to lead and scale our client acquisition efforts. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and play a foundational role in building something with significant long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full outbound and inbound sales strategy
- Build, refine, and optimize the complete sales funnel — from lead generation through conversion, onboarding, and renewal
- Develop and test lead generation strategies including cold outreach, partnerships, webinars, LinkedIn engagement, and creative acquisition channels
- Align outbound sales efforts with overall marketing strategy in collaboration with the digital marketing function
- Analyze funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and implement data-driven improvements
- Manage CRM systems and sales automation tools to ensure clean reporting and efficient workflows
- Consistently exceed revenue targets and drive measurable growth outcomes
- Contribute to strategic planning around positioning, messaging, and market expansion
Qualifications
- 3–4+ years of experience in sales, growth, or business development, preferably within a fast-paced startup or service-based environment
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets and closing high-value clients through outbound channels
- Strong understanding of sales psychology, consultative selling, and effective lead qualification
- Experience designing or optimizing high-converting sales funnels from initial outreach through contract close
- Proficiency with HubSpot and sales automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — persuasive, clear, and relationship-driven
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and improve conversion rates
- Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with messaging, outreach strategies, and growth tactics
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to align with marketing, operations, and leadership
- Comfortable working in a lean, high-autonomy environment with a bias toward action
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working remotely with distributed, multicultural teams
