PandaDesk is a high-growth marketplace for specialized Virtual Assistants. We need an SDR who knows how to spot an SMB in "hiring pain" before they even post a job. You will be responsible for finding business owners on LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter and other platforms online, who are asking for help or complaining about hiring, and bringing them to our platform to find their next rockstar VA.
Key Responsibilities- Social Signal Prospecting: Monitor LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and industry forums for "hiring signals" (e.g., a CEO asking for recommendations, companies announcing expansion, or founders complaining about admin workload).
- Targeted Outreach: Execute 60–80 high-quality touchpoints daily across LinkedIn InMail, cold email, and direct social engagement to introduce PandaDesk.
- Marketplace Education: Show SMBs why a direct-hire marketplace with richer profile details and global talent is superior to traditional agencies or basic job boards.
- Lead Management: Qualify prospects and guide them to create their first job post or browse the PandaDesk VA database.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records of all outreach and conversions in our CRM.
- 2+ Years in B2B Outreach: Experience in prospecting and lead qualification, preferably for a marketplace or SaaS company.
- Social Media Native: You must be an expert at using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and "Advanced Search" to find specific conversations happening in real-time.
- High Energy & Persuasion: Ability to quickly articulate the value of "Direct Hiring" vs. "Staffing Agencies."
- Technical Setup: Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet capable of handling VOIP and multiple browser tabs.
- Automated Prospecting: Experience using Apify, Phantombuster, or Instant Data Scraper to extract "hiring signals" from LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific job boards.
- Data Enrichment: Mastery of Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, or Clay to find and verify the direct contact information of Founders and CEOs.
- Signal-Based Outreach: Proven ability to monitor "buying signals" (e.g., CEOs posting "we're hiring" or founders complaining about hiring costs in Facebook/LinkedIn groups).
- CRM & Sequence Management: Proficiency in setting up automated multi-channel sequences using tools like Instantly.ai, Smartlead, or HubSpot to ensure high deliverability and engagement.
- Technical Problem Solving: A "Growth Hacker" mindset—you should be able to build a scraping workflow to find 100 high-intent leads in 10 minutes rather than manually searching for them.
- Experience: 2+ years in Technical Lead Generation or Outbound Sales.
- Scraping: Expert with Apify, Phantombuster, or similar tools to automate lead extraction.
- Enrichment: Mastery of Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, and Clay to find founder contact data.
- Outreach: Proficiency in Instantly.ai, Smartlead, or HubSpot for automated sequences.
- Signal Hunting: Ability to identify and scrape "buying signals" from job boards and social media.
