Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our team and help grow our business in the HOA and property management sector. This role is the first point of contact for potential clients, and your main responsibility will be to connect with decision-makers, introduce our services, and schedule quality demonstrations for our sales team.
This is a full-time, dedicated position. You will spend your day reaching out to qualified leads through a combination of phone calls and emails. We expect a high volume of outreach with a focus on results—specifically, securing 10 to 12 confirmed demos per week. All your activities and client interactions will be managed and tracked using HubSpot, our central CRM system.
The ideal candidate has direct experience in cold outreach and prospecting. You should be comfortable making a high number of calls daily, crafting professional and engaging emails, and working persistently toward clear targets. Strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset are essential. You will work closely with our account executives to ensure a smooth transition for every lead you generate.
We offer an hourly base pay plus a commission for every booked demonstration that results in a closed deal. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable professional who is motivated by performance and wants to contribute directly to our company's growth.
