Job Description
Not every sales role is about closing deals.
Some of the most valuable people on a sales team are the ones making sure leads are followed up, data stays accurate, workflows run properly, and opportunities don't fall through the cracks.
We're looking for a Sales Assistant who can help keep our marketing and sales operations organized, efficient, and moving forward every day.
This position combines sales support, CRM management, prospect follow-up, and process improvement. You'll work closely with the team to ensure leads are properly managed and that our systems continue operating smoothly as we grow.
What you'll spend most of your time doing:
• Following up with prospects through email and phone outreach
• Conducting cold calls and initial prospect contact
• Building and maintaining workflows inside Close
• Keeping CRM records accurate, organized, and up to date
• Monitoring lead activity and ensuring proper follow-up
• Supporting ongoing improvements to marketing and sales processes
• Assisting the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks
• Identifying areas where workflows can be streamlined or improved
