Job Description

This role supports the daily operations of a SaaS productivity platform by helping users, maintaining documentation, and keeping support systems organized.

Task → Expected Outcome

Customer Onboarding
Help new users get started with the platform so they understand the core features and can begin using the tool without confusion.

Help Desk Management
Monitor incoming support tickets and respond to common questions so users receive quick assistance and issues are handled efficiently.

User Documentation
Create and maintain clear documentation explaining how features work so users can easily understand the platform.

Knowledge Base Updates
Review and update help articles whenever the product changes so the knowledge base remains accurate and useful.

Tools & Environment
You will typically work inside help desk software, documentation tools, and internal systems used to manage customer onboarding and support requests.

Candidate Fit
This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable explaining software, organizing information clearly, and assisting users when they encounter problems.
