Job Description

We are looking for a Research Intelligence Virtual Assistant to help gather and organize strategic information that supports business decisions. This role focuses on researching markets, competitors, and customers to provide clear insights for the team.

Areas of Research

Competitor Intelligence

  • Identify and analyze key competitors
  • Review their products, pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies
  • Monitor updates such as new launches, partnerships, or market moves

Market & Industry Insights

  • Research current market trends and emerging opportunities
  • Track developments that could affect the industry
  • Summarize key findings from reliable sources and reports

Customer Understanding

  • Research target customer segments and buyer profiles
  • Identify common pain points, needs, and behaviors
  • Gather insights from online communities, reviews, and public discussions

Industry Reporting

  • Compile information from industry reports, publications, and data sources
  • Prepare summaries or briefs highlighting the most relevant insights
  • Organize research in a structured format for internal use


This role is suited for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large amounts of information. Strong research skills and the ability to summarize complex topics clearly are essential.
