Job Description
We are a credit repair company looking for a reliable Administrative Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operational tasks and support our client services team. This role focuses on organizing client information, assisting with documentation, and helping keep the credit repair process running smoothly.
The Administrative VA will help manage internal records, track client progress, and assist with basic administrative tasks related to credit repair cases.
Typical responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining client records and documentation
- Assisting with intake of new client information
- Updating internal tracking sheets or CRM systems
- Preparing documents related to credit repair cases
- Communicating with team members regarding case updates
- Supporting general administrative tasks as needed

Preferred background
- Previous experience as an Administrative Virtual Assistant
- Experience working with credit repair companies or financial services is a plus
- Familiarity with CRMs, spreadsheets, and document management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
