Job Description
This role sits between marketing, lead generation, and administration.
Some days you'll be building marketing campaigns for new listings. Other days you'll be speaking with prospects, updating property records, editing videos, preparing brochures, or helping keep sales activities organized.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety and can confidently switch between creative work, client communication, and administrative tasks.
a typical week might include
• Calling prospective clients and following up on leads
• Creating Facebook and Instagram content
• Editing listing photos and short-form property videos
• Designing marketing collateral for upcoming campaigns
• Updating property information and maintaining accurate records
• Building email campaigns and promotional materials
• Assisting with advertising initiatives and online marketing activities
