Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant who can help us find, analyze, and manage property leads efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to navigate PropStream and other property research tools to support investment decisions.

Your Mission

  • Research and identify potential property deals using PropStream
  • Verify property details, ownership, and market value
  • Organize leads and maintain up-to-date databases
  • Assist with outreach lists and market analysis for investment opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has proven experience with PropStream and real estate lead generation
  • Understands property data, comps, and market trends
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Can work independently and communicate clearly
