Job Description

Do you know how to get a nervous seller to keep talking instead of hanging up? That's the heart of this job.

We work with US real estate agents and investors, and we need a Real Estate VA who can carry a pipeline from first cold call all the way to a booked appointment — and keep the CRM clean enough that nothing ever falls through the cracks.

Most of your day sounds like this: you're dialing through lists of homeowners, opening conversations that don't feel like a script, qualifying who's actually motivated to sell, and setting appointments for the agents and investors you support. Between calls, you're following up on warm leads, sending texts and emails, and logging every interaction so the next touch is always on time. You'll also help keep listings organized and moving — coordinating details, updating statuses, and making sure the right information reaches the right people.

Here's what makes someone great at this role. You're comfortable on the phone and don't rattle when someone pushes back — persistence with a friendly touch beats pressure every time. You've done cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting before, ideally in real estate, so terms like motivated seller, ARV, cash offer, and MLS aren't new to you. You keep a CRM meticulously (think Podio, REI BlackBook, Follow Up Boss, or similar) and you actually enjoy the discipline of good follow-up. Your spoken English is clear and natural — sounding confident matters more than sounding American — and you've got reliable internet plus a quiet place to take calls.

Because we support US clients, expect to work US business hours. Only apply if that schedule genuinely works for you.

To apply, start your message with the word DIAL so we know you read this. Then tell us: where you've cold-called into the US market and roughly how many calls a day you made, which CRMs you've worked in, and whether you have real estate experience specifically. If you can, attach a short voice recording introducing yourself the way you'd open a call with a homeowner for the first time.
