Real Estate Research & Property Analyst

If you're the type of person who notices details others miss, enjoys research, and likes having a direct impact on business decisions, this could be an excellent fit.

We're looking for someone to help evaluate residential properties by researching market data, reviewing comparable sales, and providing accurate property analysis that supports acquisition decisions. The information you gather will help determine which opportunities move forward and how they're evaluated.

This isn't a sales role. It's a research and analysis role where accuracy, consistency, and sound judgment matter.

Your day will involve reviewing property information, analyzing comparable sales, researching public records, identifying factors that may affect property value, and documenting findings in company systems. You'll use a combination of real estate platforms, public records, mapping tools, and internal processes to build a complete picture of each property.

When the data is straightforward, you'll provide clear valuations based on available information. When the data is less obvious, you'll be expected to make thoughtful recommendations and explain your reasoning.

You'll also help maintain property records, update CRM information, document notes, and support the team with related administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate is naturally detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data. You should enjoy following structured processes while also being able to think critically when situations require judgment calls.

This is a full-time remote position working U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Occasional flexibility may be needed to support time-sensitive property evaluations.
