Job Description

We are hiring a Property Sourcer for our real estate investment team.

Your job is to find properties that are not being sold on the open market. Distressed homes, motivated sellers, off-market deals. You will dig through data, make calls, and surface leads that our buyers can purchase below market value.

What you will do:

• Pull leads from property databases including county records, Zillow, and PropStream
• Run the numbers on each lead: ARV, repair costs, equity position
• Contact owners by phone, text, and mail to determine their motivation to sell
• Log every interaction and update lead status in Follow Up Boss
• Hit weekly targets for qualified leads passed to the acquisitions team

What you need:

• Experience in real estate wholesaling or outbound sales
• Ability to understand basic property financials and comps
• Comfort making 80+ calls per day without burning out
• Persistent mindset and ability to work independently
• Results-driven and organized
