We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to help manage and coordinate marketing projects across an eCommerce and growth team.
This role is focused on execution, coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring that all marketing projects move forward on time and to a high standard. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep projects structured, clear, and delivered efficiently.
Fluent English is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage marketing projects from brief to launch, ensuring timelines, owners, and deliverables are clearly defined and followed
- Coordinate between internal team members and external partners, including freelancers, agencies, designers, copywriters, developers, and media buyers
- Maintain weekly marketing priorities across landing pages, paid media, email marketing, CRO, creative production, website updates, and product launches
- Build and maintain clear project roadmaps, task lists, deadlines, and status updates
- Ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets, including ads, emails, landing pages, product pages, banners, UGC briefs, and creative briefs
- Follow up consistently with stakeholders to remove blockers and keep execution moving
- Support A/B testing workflows by coordinating copy, design, development, QA, and launch schedules
- Organize creative production including ad concepts, video briefs, UGC content, and performance creative iterations
- Track project progress and provide clear weekly updates to marketing leadership
- Improve internal processes, documentation, communication, and task management for better efficiency
- Ensure all projects align with brand guidelines, business goals, and customer experience standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, eCommerce, consumer products, health tech, or DTC brands
- Proven experience managing marketing projects from brief to launch, including timelines, deliverables, ownership, and execution follow-through
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows including creative briefs, landing pages, email campaigns, paid media tasks, website updates, and content production
- Experience using project management and communication tools (Slack required; Trello or similar tools preferred)
- Highly organized, structured, and able to bring clarity in fast-moving environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow up, push execution, and remove blockers
- Comfortable working with internal teams and external partners (freelancers, agencies, designers, developers, media buyers)
- Able to work independently in a part-time role with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge, Meta Ads, Google Ads, UGC, or affiliate marketing workflows
- Experience in eCommerce, medical, wellness, diabetes, or consumer healthcare industries
- Understanding of CRO testing, landing page optimization, and direct-response marketing
