Job Description
We're building a new B2B SaaS platform and looking for a sharp, self-driven Project Manager to own it end-to-end. This isn't a people management role — it's a hands-on, high-ownership position for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats and moving fast. You'll be the connective tissue between product, operations, and growth.
What You'll Do
You'll own the project from the ground up — keeping things on track, identifying inefficiencies, and constantly asking "how do we do this better?" On the business side, you'll scout new B2B opportunities, build relationships with potential partners and clients, and contribute to marketing and go-to-market strategy. Think of yourself less as a coordinator and more as an internal entrepreneur.
Specifically, you'll:
- Oversee all project timelines, milestones, and deliverables — keeping the platform on course
- Identify and implement process improvements across operations and product workflows
- Research and pursue new B2B business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels
- Support marketing initiatives including positioning, outreach strategy, and content direction
- Track KPIs, report on progress, and surface insights that drive decisions
- Act as a central point of communication across all stakeholders
Who You Are
You have 4+ years of experience in project management, business development, or a hybrid role — ideally in a SaaS or tech environment. You're highly organized but also entrepreneurial, and you don't need someone to tell you what to do. You understand B2B dynamics, can spot a business opportunity, and know how to translate strategy into execution.
You're comfortable with ambiguity, excited by early-stage challenges, and energized by the idea of seeing your work directly shape a product from the ground up.
