Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Billing Specialist to oversee payroll processing, client invoicing, accounts receivable activities, and financial record maintenance.

This role plays an important part in ensuring employees are paid accurately, invoices are issued correctly, and financial records remain organized and up to date. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with sensitive financial information, and able to manage multiple deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.

On the payroll side, you'll review timesheets, attendance records, schedules, and supporting documentation before processing payroll. You'll investigate discrepancies, resolve payroll-related issues, maintain payroll records, and coordinate updates related to employee status changes, compensation adjustments, and onboarding activities.

You'll also manage billing operations by generating invoices, reviewing billing records for accuracy, monitoring outstanding balances, and helping resolve payment issues. Maintaining clean financial records, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring billing requirements are met before invoicing will be key parts of the role.

We're looking for someone with prior experience in payroll administration, billing, accounts receivable, and financial recordkeeping. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Experience with payroll systems, accounting software, reconciliations, invoicing processes, and compliance-focused financial administration will be highly valuable.
