Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Payroll & Billing Specialist to help manage payroll processing, client invoicing, and financial administration.

This position is responsible for ensuring payroll is processed accurately, invoices are issued correctly, and financial records remain organized and up to date. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling sensitive financial information.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing timesheets, attendance records, schedules, and supporting documentation before processing payroll. You'll investigate payroll discrepancies, resolve payment-related issues, maintain accurate payroll records, and coordinate updates related to employee status changes and compensation adjustments.

You'll also oversee billing activities, including generating invoices, reviewing billing data for accuracy, monitoring outstanding balances, assisting with payment follow-ups, and resolving billing discrepancies. Maintaining organized financial records and ensuring billing requirements are met before invoicing will be an important part of the role.

We're seeking someone with prior experience in payroll, bookkeeping, billing, accounts receivable, or financial administration. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines independently are essential.

Experience working with payroll systems, invoicing processes, reconciliations, insurance billing, government-funded programs, or financial reporting is highly preferred.
